Potatoes, peeled & cut into chips
1 x can of refried bean.
1 x small can of baked beans
1 x small tub of tomato paste
Tomatoes (sun ripened & on the vine – sliced
1/4 x Purple Onion (diced)
Tofutti Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste
Rice Bran Oil
Boil the chips for approximately 6 minutes, then drain them, turn them out onto a plate or board and let the steam dry them.
Coat the chips in a little bit of oil, Italian Herbs and Paprika, and bake them on 190 degrees until they are cooked and crisp.
Combine the tomatoes and onion in a bowl, and put them aside.
Smash the Avocado and combine it with some Tofutti Sour Cream (to taste) and put it aside.
Place the Refried Beans, Baked Beans, Tomato Paste, Paprika (to taste), Salt and Pepper, and a little water in a saucepan and heat through.
Dish up all of the ingredients, and enjoy.
