Carmen’s Vegan Cereal (Super Berry)

2 Strawberries (diced)

1/2  Kiwi Fruit (diced)

10 Blueberries

1/4 Banana (diced)

Vitasoy Soy Milky


Make sure when choosing your cereal that it includes nuts and seeds (as long as you’re tolerant of them).

Simply place your cereal in a bowl, and then layer your fruit on top.

Serve with Soy Milk

This breakfast is so delicious, is extremely good for your bowel health, and you won’t feel hungry again until lunch time.
