Plant-Based Nutrient Concerns Answered

Many people who are considering eating a predominantly plant-based diet have concerns about their nutrient levels.  In order to address this, we have added some bite sized videos below, to highlight various nutrients that are of particular interest.  

By the way, if someone eats meat and a lot of processed foods (and is therefore not eating a lot of varied fresh plant foods in their diet), then they will ahave a number of nutrient and phytonutrient concerns.
