  • Backed Beans
  • Hash Browns
  • Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • Mushrooms
  • Avocado
  • Multigrain Toast

Method

We often eat this cooked breakfast for lunch on a weekend. 

It is so easy.

We cook the sausages and mushrooms in a pan, the baked beans in the microwave, and the rest is cooked in the oven.

We serve the cooked breakfast with multigrain toast, however you could opt for a lovely crusty sour dough bread instead.

A client told us that they drizzle some balsamic vinegar on their tomatoes whilst they are baking, which sounds delicious.
