Chocolate Mousse

Once you make this plant-based mousse, you’ll never make it out of dairy again.


2 x cups Avocado’s (roughly chopped)

1/2 cup Cacao Powder

1/2 cup Soy Milk (mild variety like Vitasoy Soy Milky)

3 x tablespoons Maple Syrup (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon


Coconut flakes, fresh raspberries, toasted / chopped Almonds & mint sprigs.


Use a blender to puree the Avocado until smooth.

Add the Cacao powder, Soy Milk, Maple Syrup, Vanilla and Cinnamon and blend until smooth.

Spoon the mousse  into individual glasses, and then top with the topping ingredients, or any other toppings that you wish.  Other toppings could include: Orange zest and segments, Blueberries, Chia seeds, etc.
