Plant Based Diet - Why?

In light of the massive 'Food Revolution', and the overwhelming research supporting the consumption of a wholefood plant-based diet, Murray-Plains Health Spa no longer promotes the consumption of dairy or animal products.


As a result, a new 'Plant-Based Recipes' section has been created, and this will continue to grow as we find more delicious plant-based recipes.  You will find that some of the information and many of the recipes (in the Weight Loss Section) on this site will begin to change over time, in order to migrate to the new way of eating and being. 


This website will also continue to be developed, providing links to various resources that supports the move towards a wholefood plant-based diet.  A sample of information is as follows:

Watch For Nutrient Deficiencies
